We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teacher to join our inclusive and collaborative primary SEND school team in East London. As a SEND Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students with a range of special educational needs, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Dyslexia, and those exhibiting challenging behaviours.Key Responsibilities:Plan, prepare, and deliver differentiated lessons that cater to the individual needs and learning styles of each student.Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to achieve their full potential.Implement behaviour management strategies that are effective for students with challenging behaviours while maintaining a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere.Work collaboratively with support staff, including teaching assistants and SENCO, to ensure the provision of a coordinated approach to student learning and well-being.Regularly assess and track the progress of each student, adapting teaching methods as necessary to meet their evolving needs.Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other professionals to provide updates on student progress and to discuss support strategies.Stay up to date with the latest educational strategies and pedagogies for teaching students with SEND.Qualifications:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK or an equivalent qualification.Proven experience in teaching students with SEND, particularly with ADHD, Autism, and ..... full job details .....
