Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term
Rate: -140 - -220 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

As a SEND Teacher, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, tailored teaching to secondary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs.
- Plan and differentiate engaging lessons that align with EHCP outcomes and individual learning goals.
- Work closely with the SENCO, support staff, therapists, and parents/carers to ensure students receive consistent support.
- Promote students'' academic achievement, social development, emotional wellbeing, and preparation for adulthood.
- Create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
What We''re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching within an SEN setting or strong experience supporting students with SEND within mainstream secondary education.
- Knowledge of Autism, SEMH, communication needs, and complex learning difficulties.
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach to behaviour and classroom management.
- A passion for inclusive education and helping young people overcome barriers to learning.
- The ability to adapt teaching strategies and learning resources to meet a wide range of individual needs.
To be eligible, you must:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK.
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to process a new application.
- Provide two professional child-related references.
