We are seeking patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic teachers who are passionate about supporting students with a range of additional needs, including ASD, SEMH, MLD, and PMLD. You will play a vital role in delivering personalised and engaging lessons, helping students to reach their full potential in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have experience working within SEND settings (or a strong interest in transitioning into SEND)
- Be confident managing behaviour with a calm and supportive approach
- Be flexible and able to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs
- Build strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and support teams
