We work smarter so that you can enjoy the things that matter outside of work Job Title: SEN TeacherLocation: Bestwood Village School, Bestwood Village, Nottingham NG6 8TLHours: 37.5 per week Monday 8.15am - 5.00pm, Tuesday to Friday 8.15am - 4.00pm Salary: £39,000.00 per annum (not pro rata)Contract: Permanent Term Time OnlyStart: September 2026UK applicants only - no sponsorship available About the Role As a Teacher, you will plan and deliver high-quality, tailored learning to meet the individual needs of students, often working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis. You will create a safe, supportive and stimulating environment that promotes academic progress, positive behaviour and personal development, while working closely with colleagues and families to ensure a consistent and joined-up approach. Key responsibilities: Plan, deliver and assess lessons in line with the school''s curriculum and policies, tracking and reporting on student progress Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs), behaviour plans and personalised learning programmes Create an engaging classroom environment, organising resources and groupings to support effective learning Lead on agreed subjects or areas, coordinating teaching, assessment and reporting across key stages Work effectively with support staff, ensuring they are well briefed and able to provide high-quality support Manage and support behaviour positively, helping students develop independence and self-regulation Work ..... full job details .....
