Tradewind Recruitment is working with a number of SEN schools across Nottingham to recruit passionate and committed SEN Teachers to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), and complex learning difficulties.These are ad-hoc roles, with both long-term and temp-to-perm opportunities available, offering you the chance to find the right setting and secure a permanent position.About the Role As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering tailored and engaging lessons to small classes of pupils with additional needs. You will play a key role in creating a structured, supportive environment that promotes both academic progress and emotional development.Your responsibilities will include:Planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet a range of SEN needs Managing behaviour effectively using consistent and supportive strategies Developing and implementing EHCP-led learning plans Assessing progress and adapting teaching to support individual outcomes Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and external professionalsAbout You ..... full job details .....
