Monarch Education is working closely with a fantastic school in Erdington that is looking for a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

About the Role:

As a SEND Teacher, you''ll be supporting students who face barriers to learning due to emotional and behavioural challenges. You''ll be working in a nurturing environment where your patience, empathy, and proactive approach will be key to helping pupils thrive both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Delivering tailored lessons to small groups and individuals with SEMH needs
    • Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
    • Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being
    • Working closely with support staff and the wider SEND team
    • Helping students build confidence and develop key social and emotional skills
