We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to support learners with special educational needs and ensure every student achieves their full potential.

Role Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons tailored to learners with SEN needs, ensuring all students can access the curriculum.
Oversee the day-to-day implementation of the school''s SEND policy to raise student achievement.
Coordinate and attend EHCP reviews, supporting staff, parents, and external agencies in delivering effective provision.
Monitor student progress, analyse data, and put strategies in place to meet individual needs.
Provide guidance and support to colleagues in developing inclusive teaching strategies.
Act as a role model, inspiring students and staff to maintain high expectations and positive outcomes.
Essential Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or willingness to work towards this.
Experience of teaching and supporting students with SEN needs.
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and experience of EHCP processes.
Enhanced DBS check.
SENCO qualification or experience in a SEN leadership role (Desired but not essential).
