SEND Teaching Assistant

to join their team for the upcoming academic year.This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference, supporting pupils with a range of

special educational needs

and mixed learning abilities. The school is looking for someone with

strong behaviour management skills , a calm, nurturing approach, and a passion for helping every child succeed.Your Role:Deliver 1:1 and small-group support to children with SEND across different year groups

Work alongside teachers to provide engaging, tailored learning opportunities

Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, supportive environment

Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families

Encourage independence, resilience, and a love of learning

A confident, adaptable approach to meet varied needs

Strong behaviour management skills
