We are currently recruiting for a full-time SEND Support Worker to join a specialist school in Doncaster supporting students with severe, complex and PMLD needs.

This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to go permanent, ideal for someone looking for stability and meaningful work within a highly supportive environment.

The Role:

• Supporting students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD)
• Working with non-verbal students, using alternative communication methods
• Providing personal care support where required
• Assisting with moving and handling (hoisting – full training provided)
• Supporting students across a through school setting (Early Years to Post-16)
• Working closely with experienced staff in a structured, specialist environment

This role would suit:

• Support workers / care workers (adult or children’s services)
• Candidates with PMLD, complex needs, or high SEND experience
• Individuals confident with personal care and physical support
• People looking to move from care into education
• Resilient, patient, and committed individuals
