The Role: You will be supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping them to: Regulate emotions Access learning Build confidence in the classroom You’ll be working with students with: Autism (ASC) Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) ADHD Challenging behaviour Experience in the following is highly valued: SEND schools or PRUs Youth work, care, mentoring, or coaching Behaviour support roles Backgrounds in psychology, education, or social care (No formal qualifications required – experience and the right attitude matter most.)
