Pay: -95 - -120 per day (depending on experience)

Are you experienced in sports coaching, youth work or mentoring and looking to take your skills into a school setting?

Empowering Learning are recruiting SEND Support Assistants to work across a number of schools in the Wirral, supporting pupils with additional needs and behavioural challenges. This is a rewarding role where your ability to engage, motivate and build trust will have a direct impact on young people''s development.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering targeted support on a 1:1 basis or within small groups
• Supporting pupils with SEMH, autism and ADHD
• Encouraging positive behaviour and helping pupils stay on task
• Using active and practical approaches to support learning
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement support plans
