SEND Support Assistant - Complex Needs and PMLD

PK Education are currently recruiting for dedicated SEND Support Assistants to work within specialist schools across the Doncaster area. This role involves supporting pupils with severe and complex learning needs, including Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and are confident working in high-support, specialist environments.The Role: Supporting pupils with PMLD and complex needsAssisting with personal care and mobilityWorking closely with teaching staff to support learning and developmentCreating a safe, structured, and nurturing environmentSupporting communication needs, including non-verbal and sensory-based learning We re looking for candidates who: Have experience in SEND, care, support work, or similar rolesAre comfortable supporting complex needs and personal careAre patient, resilient, and adaptableCan commit to Monday Friday (minimum 4 days per week)Are available 8:30am 3:30pm (term time only) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing, potentially until the end of the academic yearScreening Questions: Please consider the following before applying: Do you have experience working with SEND or in care/support roles?Are you comfortable supporting personal care?Are you available Monday Friday during school hours?Can you travel to Doncaster?
