The Role As a SEND Specialist Tutor, you will: Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP outcomes. Teach learners with SEND, Autism, learning disabilities and communication needs. Create an inclusive, nurturing and engaging learning environment. Support learners to develop academic, personal, social and independent living skills. Work closely with Learning Support Assistants, therapists and multidisciplinary professionals.
