Your experience may come from previous tuition experience or experience in a classroom environment, where your skills can be transferred to a more 1:1Focused lesson. Of course, one of the main aims of the role we be to support the student in their learning, but we need tutors who can also help provide them with the stability and structure than they need to excel in their everyday lives. Tuition sessions for each student will typically be set for a certain number of hours per week, (Between 1-15) ideally during school hours. We also asked for detailed report each week to monitor the students progress and ensure they are on track to meet their goals.
