This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and help schools deliver high-quality, inclusive education. The roleYou will work closely with mainstream schools, educational settings, families and other professionals to ensure children and young people with SEND receive the right support at the right time. Your focus will be on cognition and learning, helping settings to identify needs early, implement effective strategies, and embed a strong graduated approach (assess, plan, do, review).
