SEND Specialist - ScienceProspero Teaching are partnered with Local Councils, SEND teams and Schools throughout the UK. We have a high demand for one-to-one or small group SEND Specialist Tutors who have experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and are commutable to the Gateshead area.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced SEND Specialist Tutor to deliver personalised 1:1 lessons for students with a range of complex needs, including reduced mobility, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), and other neurodiverse or additional learning needs.Successful tutors will be passionate about inclusive education, adaptable in their teaching approach, and confident in modifying lesson plans as students progress.
