This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in transforming SEND provision, strengthening inclusion within mainstream education, and improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND. Working closely with senior SEND leaders, education professionals, health partners and wider stakeholders, you will lead the development of a sustainable multi-disciplinary model that enhances early intervention, supports schools, and promotes collaborative working across services. Key Responsibilities Lead the mobilisation and implementation of the Experts at Hand model, ensuring operational readiness and successful delivery.
