SEND Primary Teacher (Open to ECTs / New QTS Graduates and Mainstream Teachers)Aspire People are recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Primary Teacher to join a supportive specialist primary setting in Stockport, Greater Manchester, working with pupils aged 4-11. This role is open to ECTs / newly qualified teachers looking to begin their career in a nurturing SEND environment, as well as mainstream primary teachers who are keen to move into specialist education and develop their skills supporting pupils with additional needs.The school supports pupils with a range of needs including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, speech, language and communication needs (SLCN), moderate learning difficulties and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Pupils benefit from small class sizes, clear routines and a calm, inclusive approach that helps them feel safe, supported and ready to learn.You will work closely with an experienced team of teaching assistants, SENCOs, pastoral staff and external professionals, delivering personalised learning and supporting both academic progress and emotional development.
