SEND OUTREACH WORKERAre you an experienced Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Outreach Worker committed to supporting children and young people with additional needs?Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEND Outreach Worker to work with a fantastic provision located in the Bournemouth area.Experienced Outreach Workers, Learning Mentors, and candidates with a background in SEND support are encouraged to apply.THE ROLELocation: BournemouthPosition: SEND Outreach WorkerStart date: ASAPDuration / Likely Duration: OngoingContract type: Long termFull time/part time: Full timeMinimum rate of pay: 140 per dayHours: 8:30am - 4:00pmEXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONSQTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYTS, NVQ, Cache or equivalentPrevious experience working in a UK schoolExperience working with SEND studentsA genuine interest in supporting children with complex learning needsUp to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as training for this can be provided)TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:Hold Right to Work in the UKHold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new applicationProvide two professional, child-related referencesAPPLICATION PROCESSIf you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
