The provision is committed to providing a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where pupils are encouraged to build confidence, develop independence and achieve positive outcomes through a therapeutic approach. The school is looking to appoint a SEND Learning Support Assistant for a September start on either a day-to-day or long-term basis. The successful SEND Learning Support Assistant will support pupils with SEMH needs across all Key Stages, working closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning, promote positive behaviour and provide both classroom and one-to-one support where required.
