The setting supports mixed-age learners with a range of SEND needs and is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where every student is encouraged to achieve their full potential. The school is looking to take on a SEND Learning Support Assistant on a long-term basis from September. The successful SEND Learning Support Assistant will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored support to students with a range of SEND needs, helping to promote engagement, confidence and positive outcomes both inside and outside the classroom.
