This role involves supporting learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), offering both one-to-one and small group support. This position requires a compassionate individual who can assist with behaviour management, learner engagement, and personal care as needed. SEND Learning Support Assistant Contract: Term-time only, fixed-term until July 2026 Hours: Part-time (3-5 days per week) Pay: £18 per hour Location: Multiple campuses Day-to-day of the role SEND LSA role: Provide tailored support to learners with SEND, learning difficulties, and disabilities. Engage in one-to-one and small group learning support to enhance educational outcomes. Assist with behaviour management to maintain a conducive learning environment.
