Learning Support Assistant - Birmingham Do you have a passion for helping young people overcome barriers to learning? Aspire People are recruiting Learning Support Assistants across Birmingham to work within specialist education settings, supporting pupils who require additional help to engage with their learning. As an LSA, you''ll provide practical and emotional support throughout the school day, working closely with teaching staff to help pupils participate in lessons and develop their confidence and independence. We''re looking for candidates with: Previous experience working with children or young peopleExperience supporting pupils with additional needsA patient, encouraging and consistent approachConfidence providing 1:1 and small-group supportStrong communication skillsA genuine interest in working within SEND education Experience with autism, SEMH, ADHD or complex learning needs would be particularly beneficial.
