- Work closely with parents, carers, local authorities and external professionals where appropriate.
- Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion across all aspects of college life.
About You
We''re looking for someone who has:
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, QTS, QTLS or willingness to work towards one).
- Experience teaching within Further Education, Post-16 education or specialist SEND provision.
- Experience supporting learners with SEND, EHCPs and additional learning needs.
- Excellent communication, organisational and classroom management skills.

You''ll join a supportive and collaborative team where you''ll have the opportunity to deliver creative, personalised learning while helping learners develop the skills, confidence and independence they need to succeed beyond college.
