As demand continues to grow, we are looking to recruit SEND Tutors, Mentors, Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers, Pastoral Support Staff, and SEND Support Workers who are passionate about helping vulnerable young people succeed. Many of the learners we support are unable to access mainstream education and may have needs relating to SEND, SEMH, autism, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, medical conditions, behavioural challenges, or EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance).
