SEND Learning Support Guide Location: Basingstoke Position: SEND Learning Support Guide Start Date: ASAP Hours: Full-time, Term-time Pay: £14.66 - £15.66 per hour Contract: Long-term / ongoing Role We are partnering with a welcoming school in Basingstoke to recruit a SEND Learning Support Guide. This long-term role is ideal for someone who is patient, nurturing, and passionate about supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. You''ll provide 1:1 support and small-group interventions, helping learners engage with their education, build confidence, and develop independence. You''ll work closely with teachers, support staff, and the SENCO to implement personalised strategies and SEND plans, ensuring each pupil feels supported and able to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
