The settings provide a structured and nurturing environment, with a strong focus on behaviour support, emotional wellbeing and helping pupils develop essential life skills. The provisions are looking to appoint a SEND Behaviour Support Assistant on a part time basis with an immediate start. The successful SEND Behaviour Support Assistant will work closely with pupils with SEMH, ASD and behavioural needs, providing 1:1 and small group support to manage behaviour and encourage positive engagement in learning.
