What You ll Be Doing: Providing tailored 1:1 support for pupils with a range of additional needs (including EHCPs) Creating safe, trusting environments where children can grow in confidence and independence Supporting both academic learning and social-emotional development throughout the school day Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and families to ensure consistent, positive progress What We re Looking For: Level 2 qualification (or above) in Learning Support or equivalent experience Proven ability to support pupils with SEND in primary settings Calm, patient, and nurturing approach with strong emotional intelligence Confidence using positive behaviour support and de-escalation strategies Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) If you re ..... full job details .....
