LEVEL 3 TEACHING ASSISTANT QUALIFICATION IS REQUIREDTeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of primary schools across Bradford, supporting them with their staffing requirements.We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive and reliable Level 3 SEND Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) who are passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).Whether you are looking for flexible day-to-day supply, short-term placements or a longer-term opportunity, we have a range of roles available to suit your experience and availability.The Successful SEND Learning Support Assistant Will: Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent relevant qualification.Have a minimum of 6 months'' experience working in a primary school or SEND setting.Hold an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.Have experience supporting children with SEND needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties or additional communication needs.Be patient, adaptable and confident supporting pupils with a range of individual learning needs. The Role Will Involve: Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.Supporting children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive learning activities.Supporting pupils with communication, emotional regulation and social development.Helping to create a safe, supportive and inclusive learning ..... full job details .....
