Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated, compassionate, and resilient SEN Learning Mentors to work in a variety of fantastic schools across Daventry, Rugby, and the surrounding areas.As an SEN Learning Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping to remove barriers to learning and promoting positive engagement. You''ll work closely with SENCOs, teachers, parents, and external agencies to provide tailored interventions that meet each student''s individual needs.
