This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong SEND experience to manage a caseload of children and young people with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), coordinate statutory assessments, and work collaboratively with families, schools and multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes. Key responsibilities: Manage a caseload of children and young people with EHCPs. Coordinate statutory SEND assessments and annual reviews. Develop, review and amend Education, Health and Care Plans. Work closely with families, schools, health professionals and partner agencies. Support placement planning and represent the Local Authority where required.
