Working Hours The 6 hours can be arranged as either: 3 afternoons: 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. 2 mornings: 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. The Role You will work closely with the SENCO to support pupils with SEND and help deliver effective interventions and learning support. The role will include: Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs. Leading targeted interventions. Providing 1:1 and small-group support. Supporting pupils with behaviour and communication needs. Covering lessons independently when required. Working closely with the SENCO and wider school team. Helping pupils develop their confidence, independence and learning skills. Essential Experience The school requires strong SEND experience .
