Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Resource Base - Quinton, BirminghamAspire People are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive primary school in Quinton.This rewarding role will involve working within the school''s Resource Base, supporting a small group of pupils with additional needs and helping them successfully access both specialist and mainstream provision throughout the school day.The successful candidate will support five pupils within the Resource Base during the mornings, delivering targeted interventions and structured learning activities.
