We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and dedicated SEND English Teacher to join a progressive specialist education setting.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons tailored to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Support the development of literacy, communication, and language skills across a range of abilities.
• Create an inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that promotes confidence and achievement.
• Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to support positive outcomes for students.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience working with SEND learners is desirable.
• Strong subject knowledge in English and a passion for literacy development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, and approachable personality.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.
