The successful candidate will play a key role in driving high-quality teaching, improving outcomes for pupils with SEND, and supporting the strategic development of the school. Essential Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) . Significant experience working within a SEND school or specialist provision . Proven leadership experience at senior or middle leadership level. Strong understanding of SEND legislation, EHCPs, and inclusive practices.
