SEND / CWD Social Worker - Special Educational Needs and Family Help Service Please note that only Social Work England Registered Social Workers with Right to Work in the UK will be considered for this role, please do not apply if you are not a SWE Registered Social Worker who has the Right to Work in the UK. We''re recruiting for experienced Social Workers to join a supportive Special Educational Needs and Family Help Service, also known as the Children with Disabilities Team (CWD) / Disabled Children''s Team.This is a stable service with settled caseloads of around 20 children, combining Children with Disabilities / Disabled Children''s Services, SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), Looked After Children and Early Transitions work.
