This is an excellent opportunity for experienced SEND professionals to manage a caseload and play a key role in ensuring children and young people receive timely, high-quality Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) support. Key Responsibilities Hold and manage a SEND caseload across one of two area teams Complete draft amended and final EHCPs following annual reviews and meetings Oversee phase transfer processes and ensure statutory deadlines are met Coordinate and quality assure annual review paperwork and associated casework Maintain regular communication with families, schools, settings and professionals Prepare and submit requests to funding and placement panels in line with EHCP provision Ensure all work is completed in accordance with SEND legislation and the SEND Code of Practice Requirements Experience working within a SEND service or statutory SEND environment Strong knowledge of EHCP processes, annual reviews and phase tr...
