This is a fast paced role, ideal if you are a creative problem solver who loves to get into the detail of a case in order to ensure we''re meeting needs. You will support families and schools to understand statutory processes for SEND and our local offer of support in Hertfordshire. This will include attending multi-agency meetings to discuss needs and provision; writing or amending EHC plans with a focus on commissioning and monitoring of appropriate provision.
