This is a key role supporting learners with SEND throughout their journey, from initial Local Authority consultation and transition through to enrolment, EHCP implementation, annual reviews and progression. Key Responsibilities Manage EHCP consultations, annual reviews and statutory deadlines, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time. Review EHCPs and professional reports, co-ordinate information from relevant teams and ensure agreed provision is understood, implemented and monitored. Co-ordinate the transition and enrolment of learners with SEND, including visits, assessments, information gathering and liaison with families. Maintain accurate and audit-ready SEND records, Provision Plans, Support Profiles, trackers and management information. Monitor learner progress against EHCP outcomes and coordinate additional support or professional involvement where required.
