We are currently supporting an FE college in East London to appoint an experienced Interim Curriculum Manager - Foundation Learning/SEND. The Role You will lead and manage Foundation Learning and SEND provision, ensuring high-quality teaching, strong learner outcomes and continuous curriculum improvement. Key responsibilities include: * Leading and managing Foundation Learning/SEND programmes * Line managing and developing teaching staff * Driving recruitment, retention, achievement, attendance and progression * Leading curriculum planning, quality assurance and improvement * Monitoring learner progress, behaviour and safeguarding * Managing curriculum resources, staffing and timetabling * Working with stakeholders, parents/carers and external agencies * Using data and KPIs to drive performance and improvement * Supporting quality improvement planning and self-assessment * Teaching approximately 7-12 hours per week About You ...
