Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
• Foster a positive, nurturing classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals
• Monitor and track student progress, adapting strategies as required

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience working with SEND students (primary and/or secondary)
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A flexible, proactive, and compassionate approach
