This post is not suitable for Early Careers Teachers.The post holder will actively pursue the agreed aims of the school and Trust, maintaining an outstanding educational ethos, care for pupils, and respect for colleagues whilst undertaking all duties in a professional manner. There is an expectation all staff colleagues will secure a good or better education for all pupils and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning. Key Tasks and Responsibilities General Teaching Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students across different age groups and abilitiesPlan and implement lessons in line with the National Teachers StandardsComply with and uphold school policies, including safeguarding and behaviour managementWork collaboratively with fellow teachers, support staff, and external professionals to create an inclusive learning environmentOversee and work alongside Teaching Assistants, volunteers, or support staff as requiredEnsure that learning spaces are welcoming, stimulating, and well-organisedEngage in extracurricular activities, school events, and broader school lifeMake effective use of planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time Assessment and Student ..... full job details .....
