Whatandrsquo;s the job£
We are seeking a creative, resilient, and committed Class Teacher to join a highly inclusive SEND primary setting supporting children aged 4andndash;11. Youandrsquo;ll plan and deliver engaging, needs-led lessons using a primary model, working closely with therapists, support staff, and families to provide a truly holistic learning experience. Youandrsquo;ll lead a class team and play a vital role in shaping a curriculum that develops independence, communication, and confidence in every pupil.

- QTS and experience teaching children with SEND, ideally in a special school setting
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum, adapted for pupils with diverse learning needs
- A commitment to inclusive practice and the belief that all children can achieve
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire, support, and lead others
- Strong ICT skills and a creative, flexible approach to teaching
What are your responsibilities£
- Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching to pupils with a range of complex SEND
- Use assessment and EHCP targets to plan and track meaningful progress
- Lead a class team, deploying teaching assistants effectively
- Collaborate with internal and external professionals to support integrated therapy and development programmes
- Communicate regularly with parents and carers, celebrating achievements and addressing needs
