The Role You will be responsible for managing ongoing EHCP casework and ensuring all statutory processes are completed accurately and within required timescales. This will include: Managing a defined caseload of children and young people with EHCPs. Coordinating and monitoring Annual Reviews and Phase Transfers. Managing cases moving into and out of the county. Monitoring EHCP provision and ensuring plans are implemented effectively. Acting as a key contact for families, young people, schools and professionals. Managing complex casework and supporting mediation and Tribunal processes. Preparing information and reports for decision-making panels, mediation and Tribunals. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and databases.
