Purpose of the Role To provide tailored learning and inclusion support for adult learners (19+) enrolled on short pre-employment training courses. The role ensures that learners with SEND, ESOL needs, low-level English/maths, mental health challenges, or wider socioeconomic barriers receive the support required to fully engage, progress, and succeed. 2. Key Responsibilities Learner Support Provide 1:1 and small-group support during classroom and practical sessions. Assist learners who have additional learning needs (e.g., dyslexia, ADHD, autism, mild learning difficulties). Support learners with low reading, writing, numeracy, or digital skills.
