SEND Business Support Officer - MedwayContract £200 per dayFull timeOnsite 3 days per week, work from home 2 days per weekDuties and responsibilties Provide proactive admin support across Hub Inclusion Team activitiesBe the first point of contact, delivering excellent customer serviceRespond promptly to calls/emails and maintain accurate recordsCommunicate clearly, inclusively and respectfully with diverse audiencesManage enquiries (including sensitive/confidential) professionallySupport scheduling, appointments and diary coordinationMaintain databases and admin systems in line with council processesTake accurate minutes and support partnership/SEND meetingsOrganise meetings, events and training sessions end-to-endPrepare documents, reports and statutory returnsKeep stakeholders informed with clear, up-to-date case informationMaintain accurate SEN pupil data in line with requirementsGather feedback to continuously improve service delivery To find out more information please contact Abbie at (url removed)Recruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices.
