With a significant increase in EOTAS (Education Otherwise Than at School) and Alternative Provision referrals expected from September 2026, we are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs to re-engage with education. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide personalised 1:1 academic and pastoral support, helping learners build confidence, overcome barriers to learning, and achieve meaningful progress. About the Role As a SEND Academic Mentor, you will work with primary and secondary-aged pupils (5-16 years) who are currently unable to access mainstream education.
