Leading on EHCPs, access arrangements, and intervention planning. Supporting and mentoring teaching and support staff in differentiation and inclusive practices. Liaising with external agencies to ensure high-quality, joined-up support. Tracking and evaluating the impact of provision on student progress and wellbeing. Candidate profile: QTS and the National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete it). A proven track record of working effectively with students with a range of needs.
