      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: £230 - £320 per day | Type: Full time | SENCO required for an ASAP start at an outstanding secondary school in Birmingham. Are you a qualified SENCO looking for a new challenge? Do you have a strong understanding of SEND provision and enjoy leading effective support for students with additional needs? This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified SENCO to join an outstanding secondary school as part of the extended Senior Leadership Team.  As a SENCO, you will lead and develop the school's SEND provision, ensuring students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities receive the appropriate support to thrive academically, socially and personally. The SENCO will work closely with teachers, support staff, parents, external agencies and the wider leadership team to ensure high-quality SEND provision across the school.
