Supply Desk is recruiting on behalf of an inspiring school seeking a committed Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) to join their leadership team from September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Lead and oversee SEND provision throughout the school, managing support for pupils with EHCPs.
andbull; Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and external agencies to deliver personalised interventions.
andbull; Develop and implement strategies to boost both academic achievement and emotional wellbeing.
andbull; Maintain comprehensive and compliant records aligned with statutory guidance.
andbull; Support and mentor staff to embed inclusive teaching practices across all classrooms.

Our Ideal Candidate:
££ Holds or is working towards the NASENCo qualification
££ Proven track record supporting children with diverse special educational needs
££ Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative approach
££ Thorough understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation
££ Empathetic, resilient, and innovative in their approach to SEND
